This Return and Refund policy consists of services paid to Notary Public Services:

Each Notary Public reserves the right to charge for service as per their individual service fee.
All Notary services fees are non refundable.
If the document requires correction, a curtsy can be extended for a free notarization (service fees for any additional service provided may apply.)

Transaction Policy

All Notary Public services are provided by individual Notary Publics Licensed by the state of NY and each Notary Public reserves the right to charge service and maintenance fees ( ie; travel fees, insurance fees, connivence fees, security fees, proceeding fees, document storage fees, document review fee, document delivery and other services which are built into cost for each notary transaction) as they deem fit for agreed upon services.

Appointments

Missed appointments are non- refundable call to request a new service appointment.

Cancellation fees will apply for service cancelled by requestor. (See appointment page for additional details.)
